For an international company in the premium accessories sector, we are looking for a Marketing Manager to drive brand marketing activities across the Italian market.La preghiamo di leggere attentamente la panoramica e i requisiti per questa occasione di lavoro riportati di seguito.Key Responsibilities Define and implement the marketing plan for the Italian market.Coordinate new product launches, managing timelines, POS materials, communication campaigns, media activities, PR initiatives, and brand activations across multiple channels.Manage relationships with PR, media buying, and event agencies, monitoring performance and ensuring alignment with brand strategy.Oversee and optimize the marketing budget, monitoring investments, forecasts, costs, and KPIs.Collaborate with international headquarters to adapt and execute global strategies according to local market needs.Develop consumer engagement initiatives through social media, events, retail activations, and projects dedicated to the brand community.Lead and develop the marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation,
accountability, and performance.Requirements Proven experience in Marketing, Brand Management Proven experience in Marketing or Brand Management within premium retail, fashion, or consumer goods companies.Previous experience leading and developing teams.Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation abilities.Ability to work in an international environment and engage with stakeholders at different organizational levels.Highly creative mindset with a strong passion for branding, communication, and customer experience.Strong interest in market trends and innovation, with the ability to translate innovative ideas into impactful marketing initiatives. xysqume Dynamic, proactive, and results-oriented approach, focused on continuous improvement and identifying new growth opportunities for the brand.Location: MilanSalary Package : 60-70 K
