The Deputy Store Manager is responsible for supporting the Store Director in implementing operational policies, sales support, training, and stock management. Maintaining the highest degree of customer service every day in accordance with Retail Excellence and empower team to make decisions in the best interest of providing an elevated client experience.
Key Responsibilitiesmonitor the store performance and always remain aware of market trends.identify areas of improvement and work hand in hand with managers to implement action plans to achieve the commercial goals.establish a client-centric mindset to offer clients the best experience in store and achieve the clientelling objectives.translate the store's objectives into concrete daily targets and tasks, inspire the team to reach the targets.create a positive work environment, develop the team spirit.
