At Saipem, we embrace diversity as a driver of innovation and inclusion, while prioritizing people’s safety and environmental sustainability, even in the most challenging conditions. /p pSaipem Offshore Construction (SOC) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Saipem S.p.A. /p pSOC brings together all operational activities in Italy related to fabrication, technical services, maintenance, and logistics, providing essential support for the execution of offshore construction and offshore wind projects. /p h3Purpose of the position: /h3 pAs ASPP (Addetto al Servizio di Prevenzione e Protezione), you will join the Prevention and Protection Service (SPP) of Saipem Offshore Construction S.p.A. and support the RSPP in managing occupational health and safety risks and prevention activities in accordance with Italian legislation and Company requirements. /p h3How can you support us? /h3 psupport the RSPP in identifying occupational health and safety risk factors and in assessing risks associated with workplaces and work activities; /p pcontribute to the development and updating of risk assessments, prevention and protection measures, operating procedures and improvement plans; /p pmonitor compliance with applicable Italian occupational health and safety legislation, with particular reference to Legislative Decree 81/2008, as well as with Company policies and HSE Management System requirements; /p pcarry out workplace inspections and support the follow-up of findings, corrective actions and improvement opportunities; /p psupport the management of contractors and suppliers from an occupational health and safety perspective,



including the review of relevant documentation and coordination requirements; /p psupports Projects in the fulfillment of the health and safety obligations; /p pcontribute to the preparation of worker information and training programmes and support safety communication and awareness initiatives; /p psupport the analysis of incidents, near misses and unsafe conditions, helping to identify causes and define preventive and corrective actions; /p pcontribute to emergency preparedness, internal audits, periodic safety meetings and the maintenance of the occupational health and safety documentation managed by the SPP. /p h3What are we looking for? /h3 h3Education: /h3 pUpper secondary school diploma or higher qualification. A bachelor's or master's degree in Occupational Safety, Prevention Sciences, Engineering or a related field will be considered an advantage. /p h3Professional qualification: /h3 pPossession of the education and training requirements applicable to ASPP pursuant to Article 32 of Legislative Decree 81/2008, appropriate to the risks associated with the role will be considered an advantage, as well as the possession of the certification as "Coordinatore per la Sicurezza in Fase di Progettazione ed Esecuzione dei Lavori" or any recognized international certification (e.g. NEBOSH Diploma). /p h3Background: /h3 pPrevious experience of 1–2 years in the same or a similar ASPP/HSE role within industrial, construction or shipbuilding companies will be considered an advantage. /p h3Technical/IT Knowledge: /h3 pSound knowledge of Italian occupational health and safety legislation,
