/ppbr / /ppIn this context, we are seeking a highly qualified strongNon-Key Expert – Gender Equality Social Inclusion Specialist /strong to support the systematic integration of gender equality and social inclusion considerations across programme activities, ensuring inclusive participation, gender-responsive implementation and equitable access to opportunities generated through Africa-EU space cooperation.
/ppbr / /ppstrongemMinimum Qualifications and Skills /em /strong /pulliUniversity degree at strongMaster's level /strong in stronggender studies, social sciences, development studies /strong, or a related field.
/liliExcellent command of strongEnglish /strong.
/liliWorking knowledge of strongFrench and/or Portuguese /strong will be considered an asset.
/li /ulpbr / /ppstrongemMinimum General Professional Experience /em /strong /pulliMinimum strong8 years of professional experience /strong in stronggender equality, social inclusion and/or inclusive development in international cooperation /strong.
/li /ulpbr / /ppstrongemMinimum Specific Professional Experience /em /strong /pulliAt least strong4 years of professional experience designing and applying gender-responsive approaches in donor-funded programmes /strong, including gender analysis, sex-disaggregated indicators, inclusive stakeholder participation, training and/or gender-responsive communication.
Familiarity with EU external-action gender policy and experience in Africa are assets.
