What you'll do:
People Operations
? Support onboarding & offboarding flows ? Maintain employee records in our HRIS ? Draft employment contracts and HR documents ? Help monitor compliance (GDPR, labor law) ? Be the first point of contact for HR tools & processes
Talent Acquisition
? Support to manage the ATS (Factorial) ? Screen CVs and coordinate interviews ? Track recruiting KPIs and pipeline dashboards ? Ensure a great candidate experience end-to-end
Who we're looking for
? Studying or recently graduated in Economics, Psychology, Communications,
Law or similar ? Detail-oriented and process-driven ? Proactive — you don't wait to be told twice ? Fluent in Italian and English; Spanish, Portuguese or French is a big plus ? Comfortable using AI tools to work smarter ? Discreet and trustworthy with sensitive information
Nice to have
? Experience with Factorial or similar HRIS/ATS tools ? Background in HR, recruiting or organizational psychology ? Basic knowledge of Italian labor law ? Hands-on with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Notion AI...)
