Senior Consultant - Strategy Consulting

In this role you will drive the design, development, and delivery of multi-project consulting work for pharma, biotech and investment clients. You will engage with clients, present tailored solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional IQVIA teams to leverage data-driven insights. You will lead reporting, workshops, and quantitative analyses, while mentoring junior staff and coordinating multiple workstreams. This role offers visibility across strategic initiatives and a path to leadership in healthcare consulting.

- Design, develop and deliver consulting projects or components of large projects
- Engage with clients and present client-specific solutions, collaborating with IQVIA teams
- Create reports, presentations, and other client deliverables
- Conduct desk research using internal and external sources
- Perform quantitative analyses to support recommendations
- Prepare, execute and follow up on client meetings and workshops
- Supervise junior team members and provide guidance
- Support proposal development and sources gathering
- Oversee project planning and multi-workstream execution to meet timelines and quality standards
- Build and maintain strong client and internal stakeholder relationships
- MSc degree in Economics/Management or Engineering
- 5+ years of consulting experience with a top firm
- Pharma/Healthcare project exposure is a plus
- Proficiency in Italian and English (written and spoken)
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills with PowerPoint and Excel for data manipulation
- Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to lead a team and manage projects
- Excellent execution skills and deadline discipline
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities under tight deadlines
