Lead the restaurant team and help turn every service into a welcoming and attentive experience for our guests.
You will join the Sass Dlacia team with responsibility for coordinating restaurant service, organising the team and ensuring quality and smooth operations.
Coordinate the restaurant team and organise daily service.
Supervise setup, guest reception, service and clearing.
Welcome guests and manage requests or service issues.
Ensure that company service standards are followed.
Work closely with the Kitchen, Bar, Reception and property management teams.
Check the order, cleanliness and organisation of service areas.
Support and train members of the restaurant team.
Help create a positive and collaborative working environment.
A confident, dynamic and organised person with experience in restaurant supervision or a similar role.
A guest-focused attitude , strong communication and organisational skills, problem-solving abilities and flexibility to work shifts, weekends and during busy periods are essential. Hospitality experience and foreign-language skills are considered an advantage.
