In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the flow of tourists, ensuring that visits start on time, providing tickets to the guides and doing check ins. - Ensure that visits start on time and run smoothly
- Provide tickets to guides and assist with any issues that arise during the visit
- Maintain excellent communication with both tourists and guides
- Ensure that all safety protocols are followed Qualifications: - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well with others
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
