Overview
As Planning Engineer for an oil and gas project in Milan, you will drive schedule integrity and reporting to support on-time project delivery.
You will work within Hill's client-focused program management approach to integrate planning across Contractors and project teams.
You will develop detailed activity schedules, monitor progress, and identify critical-path activities to inform stakeholders and enable proactive decision-making.
This role offers the opportunity to shape project execution on a major energy project through precise planning and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsabilità
Detailed scheduling of project activities
Analysing contractors and project team schedules to produce progress reports




Consolidating detailed contractor schedules into the project master schedule and identifying critical path activities
Checking project reports for accuracy
Participating in progress and ad hoc project meetings to keep the planning team informed
Requisiti fondamentali
Bachelor of Science in Engineering
10 years of work experience after earning the BSc degree
Excellent spoken and written English with proven ability to write reports
Detailed scheduling
Project progress analysis
