Responsabilità
Coordinate global trade and compliance operations to support regional business goals and cross-border filings
Conduct regular audits of trade transactions to ensure regulatory compliance
Review and ensure accuracy of trade documents (invoices, licenses, shipping docs) and maintain records
Maintain relationships with internal and external partners to implement cross-border trade solutions
Analyze KPIs and perform analyses to assess process effectiveness in compliance operations
Drive internal global trade and compliance projects to improve processes or policies
Requisiti fondamentali
2+ years of relevant work experience (typically 3+ years)
Proven experience interacting with Italy Customs and local regulators
Fluent English (written and spoken)
Fluent Italian (written and spoken)
Preferred: SAP experience
Preferred: GTS experience
