As an Investment Analyst in Milan, you will source, evaluate, and execute logistics real estate opportunities across Italy, supporting acquisitions and developments.
You will perform in-depth financial analysis and market research, while coordinating with internal teams and external advisers.
You'll contribute to investment materials and help steer portfolio monitoring and asset strategy in a growing European platform.

Responsabilità
Source, evaluate, and support execution of logistics real estate acquisitions and developments
Perform detailed financial analysis, underwriting, and cash flow modelling
Conduct market research, comparable analysis, and site-level due diligence
Build and maintain relationships with brokers, advisors,
and off-market sources
Support negotiations and prepare internal investment documentation
Coordinate due diligence processes with internal teams and external advisors
Contribute to investment committee materials and approval processes
Assist with portfolio monitoring, asset strategy, and valuation exercises
Requisiti fondamentali
Proven track record in logistics/industrial real estate investment within Italy
Advanced financial modelling and analytical skills
Strong relationship management and business development capabilities
Fluent Italian (native or bilingual) and professional English
Extensive real estate investment experience in Italy (7+ years)
Independent analytical capability to assess investment opportunities
Established network within the Italian real estate market (agents, brokers, investors)
