Responsabilità
Perform installation and commissioning of equipment and routine maintenance on-site
Diagnose technical issues and analyze root causes in service categories
Conduct low voltage site tests and electrical cabling for new accessories/digital devices
Maintain customer relations and identify internal sales opportunities
Coordinate materials and equipment availability; prepare and sign customer documents
Report work completed and follow up as needed; provide recommendations to prevent recurrence
Troubleshoot simple equipment failures and propose operational improvements
Apply safety and environmental guidelines; coordinate subcontractors when needed
Report unsafe practices and incidents in a timely manner
Requisiti fondamentali
Electrical Technical diploma
Fluent in Italian and English
5+ years of experience in a role within the transformer field
Willingness to travel 100% within Italy
