If you want to be part of a high?impact team shaping the future of our business, this role is for you. As our Customer Relationship Manager, you'll be the face and voice of our ETO Hub.
You'll guide customers through the full order?to?delivery journey, ensuring their requirements are translated into robust, high?quality solutions.
This is a role where technical understanding meets customer leadership — and where your influence will be felt across engineering, operations, and commercial teams. ResponsibilitiesAct as the single point of contact for customers, delivering clear, confident communicationRespond quickly to customer queries and manage expectations throughout the projectNegotiate with customers and internal teams to meet technical and delivery needsCarry out accurate contract reviews and manage scope changesOversee technical and commercial aspects of each project lifecycleTrack inventory requirements and escalate risks earlyProvide proactive updates on delivery timelines, including travel to customer or EPC sitesBuild strong relationships across engineering, applications, finance,
and operationsDevelop project plans and influence delivery timescalesPrepare cost estimates and present solutions to senior stakeholdersQualificationsExperience RequirementsDegree in Mechanical, Electrical, Product Design, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent experience)Experience analysing, designing, testing, and improving industrial productsFamiliarity with structured engineering techniquesExperience with task management, defect tracking, requirements capture, and KPIsThe Successful CandidateExcellent communication and relationship?building skillsWillingness to travelProficiency with Microsoft tools, especially Dynamics CEStrong problem?solving skills and industrial design experienceAdditional InformationRotork is the market-leading global flow control and instrumentation company, helping our customers manage the flow or liquids, gases and powders across many industries worldwide.
