ppConvera is seeking a Sales Assistant to provide dedicated, end-to-end operational support to our Go-to-Market (GTM) team. In this role, you’ll help the sales team run smoothly, handling operational and administrative tasks, supporting client requests, and helping connect Sales with other teams. /p h3Roles and Responsibilities: /h3 ul liProvide day-to-day operational support to the sales team, helping ensure client requests, internal tasks, and deliverables are followed through to completion. /li liHelp resolve client and operational issues, working with the right teams and escalating where needed. /li liLiaise with colleagues across Sales, Operations, Legal, Finance, Product, Privacy, and Risk to help keep client and deal-related matters moving. /li liAccurately book deals, making sure trades and transactions are entered correctly in the relevant systems. /li liTrack client information and expiries, proactively flagging upcoming dates to the team and clients so the right actions can be taken on time. /li liSupport payment and settlement activity, helping to resolve exceptions and ensure funds move accurately and on time. /li liHelp with account and user setup, including arranging client platform access and keeping records accurate and up to date. /li liPrepare customer reports and share accurate, timely information with clients and internal stakeholders. /li /ul h3Required Qualifications: /h3 ul liA basic understanding of, or a strong interest in, payments and/or FX processes (full training will be provided). /li liSome familiarity with financial markets and instruments (e.g., spot, forwards, and options) is helpful, along with a willingness to learn how they are traded and settled.
/li liComfortable using everyday computer systems and tools (e.g., Salesforce/CRM and MS Office), with the aptitude to pick up new platforms quickly. /li liA proactive, can-do attitude and a willingness to take ownership of your tasks. /li liClear, professional communication skills, and confidence interacting with clients and colleagues. /li liGood problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail. /li liWell organized, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines. /li liPrior experience in an administrative, customer service, sales support, or operations role is preferred. /li /ul h3About Convera /h3 pConvera is a global leader in commercial payments that powers international business by moving money with ease.
