/ppFor our Laives (BZ) Engineering Center, we are looking for an: /ph3Advanced Development Engineer (m/f/x) /h3h3Where we need you /h3pAs an bAdvanced Development Engineer /b you will play a central role within our RD organization, supervising and coordinating research projects focused on the development of new products and manufacturing processes.
The position is strongly oriented toward product/technology innovation and industrial implementation.
/ph3bMain responsibilities: /b /h3ulliManage Advanced Development projects, including planning, prioritization, progress monitoring, reporting, and financial follow-up, as well as documentation for publicly funded projects /liliPlan new Advanced Development activities, including budget and timelines, and select and coordinate external research partners /liliContribute to the development of new products and product improvements, supporting applications in propulsion, electrification, and structural lightweight design /liliPromote technical excellence by strengthening collaboration across teams and functions within the organization /li /ulh3How to convince us /h3ulliDegree in Engineering, Physics,
or equivalent experience in a related technical field /liliKnowledge of material technologies, especially polymers and composite materials /liliBasic knowledge of project management methodologies /liliGood English and either Italian or German /liliWillingness to travel nationally and internationally /li /ulpWe are seeking a candidate with a keen interest in innovation, strong organizational and team-work abilities, effective communication and interpersonal skills, and the willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
