On behalf of an international beauty company, we are now looking for a: /p bMarketing Product Development Director - Beauty /b pThe figure will lead the strategic development and execution of global marketing initiatives across fragrance, makeup, and skincare categories. Reporting to top management, this role will drive brand growth, product innovation, and global market positioning, ensuring strong alignment with corporate objectives and evolving consumer trends. /p h3Key Responsibilities: /h3 h3Strategic Leadership: /h3 ul lidefine and implement global marketing strategies for fragrance, makeup, and skincare portfolios; /li lioversee brand positioning, storytelling, and global communication strategies to strengthen brand equity and market presence. /li lilead the global product development roadmap in close collaboration with RD and creative teams; /li liidentify emerging trends, consumer insights, and market opportunities to drive innovation and category expansion. /li /ul h3Go-to-Market Execution: /h3 ul lidevelop and manage global go-to-market and launch plans, ensuring consistency and excellence across regions; /li lipartner with regional marketing teams to adapt global strategies to local market needs.
/li /ul h3Cross-Functional Collaboration: /h3 ul liwork closely with Product Development, Supply Chain, Finance, and Sales teams to ensure timely and successful product launches; /li lialign marketing initiatives with overall business objectives and profitability targets. /li /ul h3Performance Analysis Reporting: /h3 ul limonitor KPIs, market share evolution, and campaign effectiveness to continuously optimize strategies; /li liprovide regular reporting and actionable insights to senior leadership. /li lilead, manage, and mentor a global marketing team, fostering creativity, collaboration, and high performance. /li /ul h3Requirements: /h3 ul li10+ years of experience in marketing leadership roles within the beauty industry, with proven expertise in fragrance, makeup, and skincare; /li listrong track record in global brand management and product development; /li listrategic mindset combined with strong analytical and creative capabilities; /li liproven leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire international teams; /li liexcellent communication and presentation skills; /li linative or fluent Italian (mandatory); /li liBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; /li liwillingness to travel internationally as required. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
