ppWe are looking for a bCreator Growth Manager to join our team in Italy /b and take ownership of the growth, activation and retention of our creator community.
This is a highly people-oriented and entrepreneurial role, combining creator relationship management, community building, data-driven decision making and operational ownership.
You will be the key point of contact for creators throughout their journey with Metapic.
You will play a key role in shaping how we grow our creator community in Italy, identifying the profiles with the strongest potential, building meaningful relationships and creating scalable ways to turn new sign-ups into active, high-performing creators.

/liliEntrepreneurial mindset: you will essentially be building and owning a mini business unit within the Italian market, with a strong sense of ownership over results.
/li /ul h3Key Requirement /h3 ulliItalian speaker – 100% required.
Native-level Italian is essential for this role, both written and spoken.
The person will communicate daily with Italian creators, host local events, create Italian-language onboarding content and represent Metapic within the Italian creator community.
