Bulgari Italia, within its Marketing & Communication Department, is seeking an enthusiastic, highly organized, and proactiveMarketing Specialistto join the team based inRome.
In this role, the selected candidate will develop and execute marketing and communication initiatives for theBusiness Partners channel, including Franchisees and Wholesalers across Italy and Southern & Eastern Europe(Greece, Poland, Montenegro, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Malta, Cyprus, Israel, and Ukraine).
Main Responsibilities:
Develop and implement structured Marketing & Communication plans in collaboration with Business Partners, ensuring strong brand consistency across all channels.
Plan, coordinate, and execute events and marketing activities organized with Business Partners, ensuring alignment with corporate strategies and compliance with Bulgari's quality standards.
Define and manage media plans together with Business Partners, covering traditional media, social media, digital platforms, and out-of-home visibility.
Support Visual Merchandising activities for Business Partners.
Support Business Partners in the effective management of marketing and communication budgets, ensuring compliance with contractual spending commitments.
Conduct ad hoc post-event analyses to evaluate performance and identify improvement opportunities.
Prepare monthly reports for HQ, as well as internal meeting materials and presentations.
Job Requirements:
5/6 years of proven experience in a similar role
Fluency in both Italian and English considered as a must.




Excellent knowledge of MS Office suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
Highly organized, able to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Distinctive communication and interpersonal skills, fostering effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders at all organizational levels.
Highly motivated and flexible, with a strong problem-solving mindset and a track record of successfully delivering projects on time.
Positive, enthusiastic, and adaptable, able to take initiative with a can-do attitude.
For new joiners in this role in Italy, the initial annual gross salary is EUR ******.
This salary has been determined on the basis of objective and gender-neutral criteria and corresponds to the compensation normally granted for this position at the time of publication of this job posting.
Actual compensation may vary depending on factors such as your unique combination of experience and skills, seniority, and current organizational needs.
This role also provides for participation in a premio scheme, at Bvlgari's discretion, based on factors such as individual and/or company performance.
In addition to the benefits provided by law, further benefits may be granted in accordance with current company policies.
The employment relationship will be governed by the provisions of the applicable national collective bargaining agreement (CCNL) and the supplementary company agreement, as applied by Bvlgari in Italy.
