JOB PURPOSE/ROLEThe candidate would be required to join Portfolio Performance & Advanced Analytics team to manage all motor and non-motor tariffs and analyse the main profitability KPIs of Company portfolio. The candidate will be required to perform the following activities: Tariff definition and review based on statistical models and profitability analysis resultsEvaluation and update of Rate Requirement Technical documents drafting and reviewData collection and processing to support standard portfolio analysis and monitoring ones or ad hoc simulation.
Portfolio monitoring based on main profitability KPIsProfitability analysis based on statistical modellingKEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCEMaster's degree in Statistics/ Mathematics/ Actuarial SciencesPython/ Sql/ Sas/ ROffice (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint)Strong analysis, problem-solving, and communication skillsCurious about new approaches and committed to continually increase technical knowledgeTeam spirit, self-motivation, and a proactive result-driven working style as well as ability to interact in a global work environment with people from different countries and cultures.
Fluent in Italian and English (both written and spoken)Pursuant to Article 5(1) of Legislative Decree No. 96 of 7 May ****, as amended and supplemented from time to time, the range applicable to the position offered is between ****** gross and ****** gross. Employment will be subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the National Collective Labor Agreement for Insurance Companies and the applicable Company Agreement.
The final determination of the starting remuneration will be based on an evaluation of the candidate's qualifications, skills, and relevant experience in relation to the requirements of the role.
