Who We're Looking For As a Sales Assistant , you will deliver an exceptional customer experience while bringing the K-Way spirit to life in store.
Through your passion for the brand and customer-focused approach, you will support sales performance, maintain high store standards, and contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
Deliver exceptional customer service and create engaging shopping experiences.
Inspire customers through your passion for the K-Way brand and products.
Support the achievement of sales targets and store objectives.
Ensure products are replenished, presented, and maintained according to brand standards.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.
Handle fitting room and cash desk operations efficiently.
Work collaboratively with the team to drive store success.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required Previous experience as a Sales Assistant within the fashion and retail industry.
Fluent English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-oriented mindset with a positive and proactive attitude.
Reliable, energetic, and flexible, with the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
Availability to work flexible schedules Initial fixed-term contract, full-time (40 hours per week) basis.
