pbNon-Key Expert – Gender Equality Social Inclusion Specialist /b /ppbr/ppbNTU International /b is preparing a proposal for the project b"Support to the Africa-EU Space Partnership Programme – AESPP Boost." /b /ppbr/ppThe programme aims to strengthen cooperation between bAfrica and the European Union in the space sector /b, supporting policy dialogue, institutional partnerships, knowledge exchange, innovation, private sector engagement and investment, while contributing to stronger and more sustainable African space ecosystems.
/ppbr/ppIn this context, we are seeking a highly qualified bNon-Key Expert – Gender Equality Social Inclusion Specialist /b to support the systematic integration of gender equality and social inclusion considerations across programme activities, ensuring inclusive participation, gender-responsive implementation and equitable access to opportunities generated through Africa-EU space cooperation.
/ppbr/ppbMinimum Qualifications and Skills /b /pulliUniversity degree at bMaster's level /b in bgender studies, social sciences, development studies /b, or a related field.
/liliExcellent command of bEnglish /b.
/liliWorking knowledge of bFrench and/or Portuguese /b will be considered an asset.
/li /ulpbr/ppbMinimum General Professional Experience /b /pulliMinimum b8 years of professional experience /b in bgender equality, social inclusion and/or inclusive development in international cooperation /b.
/li /ulpbr/ppbMinimum Specific Professional Experience /b /pulliAt least b4 years of professional experience designing and applying gender-responsive approaches in donor-funded programmes /b, including gender analysis, sex-disaggregated indicators, inclusive stakeholder participation, training and/or gender-responsive communication.
Familiarity with EU external-action gender policy and experience in Africa are assets.
