Welcomeour guests and help make every moment at the bar part of their Sass Dlaciaexperience.
You will join the Sass Dlacia team,preparing and serving drinkswith care, professionalism and attention to detail.
Welcome guests with courtesy and professionalism.
Prepare and serve coffee, hot and cold drinks, aperitifs and cocktails.
Take and manage orders during service.
Set up, restock and organise the bar counter.
Monitor stock and report restocking needs.
Keep the bar and its equipment clean and organised.
Work closely with the Restaurant, Kitchen and property management teams.
Adynamic, reliable and guest-focusedperson with previous experience, even if brief, in a similar role.
Goodcommunicationskills,precision,team spiritandflexibilityto work shifts, weekends and during busy periods are essential.
Cocktail-making skills, hospitality experience and knowledge of foreign languages are considered an advantage.
