Here below your responsibilities: /h3 ul liOversee all national and international transportation activities, ensuring that materials and equipment are delivered to their final destination safely, on schedule, and in compliance with contractual requirements /li liCoordinate and monitor import and export customs formalities, ensuring full compliance with customs, fiscal, and trade regulations in both the country of origin and the destination country. /li liAct as the focal point between Procurement, Expediting, Inspection, Material Management, Project Logistics Managers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and vendors to ensure a seamless logistics flow throughout the supply chain /li liMaintain logistics tracking systems and project reporting tools, such as Shipping Status Report, Material Status Reports and shipment KPIs,
monitoring delivery progress and proactively managing potential delays or logistics issues /li liContribute to the definition of delivery terms, packing and transportation specifications, transport tenders, and technical-commercial evaluations related to logistics and transportation service contracts /li /ul h3What are we looking for? /h3 pbEducation: /bMaster's Degree/bachelor’s degree in technical field /p pbExperience: 6-10years /b as a Shipping and Customs Coordinator within Oil Gas industry and Energy industry /p pbLanguages: English /b, good proficiency in both written and spoken /p pbTechnical/IT Skills: /bInterpretation of technical drawings, oversight of equipment shipments.SAP, Teams, Outlook, MS Office main apps. /p pbWhat else should you know? /bSome travelling will be expected within Italy and/or abroad. /p h3What can we offer to you: /h3 ul liPay not lower than 43.000 € /li libCorporate Benefits /b: We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, internal gym, discounts and partnerships, services related to health, family, well-being, and in-house cafeteria. /li libHybrid working model /b:
