Key Responsibilities
Support the analysis and assessment of hospitality investment opportunities.
Build and maintain financial models, including valuations and sensitivity analyses.
Research hotel markets, operating performance and sector trends.
Assist with due diligence and the preparation of investment presentations.
Support portfolio monitoring and work with internal teams and external advisers.
Candidate Profile
Relevant experience in real estate investment, investment banking, transaction advisory or hospitality consulting.
Strong financial modelling, valuation and analytical skills.
Experience with hotel assets or a strong understanding of hospitality investment.
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to present findings clearly. xdwybme
