We are expanding our team in Italy and are looking for experienced bRoad Freight Forwarders / Spedizionieri / Operatori Traffico /b with a strong commercial network and the ability to generate and develop their own business.
/ppThis is a b100% remote position /b with a full-time employment contract through our Italian company.
/ppYour role /ppbr/pulliManage and develop your own portfolio of road freight customers.
/liliGenerate new business through your existing network and commercial relationships.
/liliOrganize international and domestic road transport using subcontracted carriers.
/liliSource, negotiate with and manage reliable transport providers.
/liliNegotiate rates with customers and carriers to maximize profitability.
/liliBuild long-term relationships with customers and transport partners.
/liliManage your business independently while benefiting from Alianza Logistics' operational infrastructure and support.
/li /ulpbr/ppWhat we're looking for /pulliProven experience as a bRoad Freight Forwarder, Spedizioniere, Operatore Traffico or Transport Operator /b.
/liliAn established commercial network and customer relationships within the road freight market.
/liliAbility to generate business and develop a profitable customer portfolio from the start.
/liliStrong experience sourcing and working with bsubcontracted carriers /b.
/liliGood understanding of freight rates, margins and transport profitability.
/liliStrong negotiation and communication skills.
/liliCommercial mindset and a high level of autonomy.
/liliAbility to work independently in a remote environment.
