ResponsabilitàLead mechanical engineering input for subsea tenders, studies, and early engagement activities
Interpret client specifications and translate to compliant, cost-effective technical solutions
Develop and review mechanical designs, layouts, and documentation for subsea systems
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, manufacturing, sourcing, commercial and project engineering
Provide technical support to commercial teams during bid preparation and client presentations
Ensure solutions meet industry standards (API, ISO), internal practices, and customer requirements
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Support risk assessments, design reviews, and lessons learned activities
Requisiti fondamentaliBachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
Proven experience in mechanical design or application engineering within subsea oil & gas
Strong understanding of Subsea Production Systems, including Subsea Christmas Trees, Tubing Hangers and tooling
Proficient in engineering software (AutoCAD, MathCAD, Teamcenter)
Experience in requirements management and interface management; proficient in DOORs and SmartPDF
Excellent communication and stakeholder management
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
