OverviewIn this Fixed-Term Account Manager role, you manage a Northern Italy territory, delivering advanced technical support and product demonstrations to key accounts.
You'll work remotely within the Italian Phenomenex team to build relationships with decision-makers, support sales goals, and collaborate cross-functionally to develop strategic plans.
You drive technical storytelling and seminars, coordinate trade shows, and help translate scientific solutions into business impact.

ResponsabilitàCoordinate customer visits to provide technical information, product demonstrations, and technical seminars
Attend local vendor shows and company-sponsored trade shows
Build account relationships beyond purchasing to engage key decision-makers
Ensure territory achieves sales, gross profit, and unit goals
Collaborate with Sales Manager to develop business plans and sales strategies for key accounts
Collaborate with cross-functional teams; provide coaching, mentoring, and training to colleagues
Requisiti fondamentaliBachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Biology or related Science
Ability to analyze, facilitate dialogue, and communicate difficult concepts; negotiate to adopt new viewpoints
Ability to strategically plan, organize, and allocate resources to meet business needs
Advanced knowledge of sales principles and negotiation; ability to identify business opportunities
Good knowledge of Chromatography with at least two years in laboratory or scientific products sales
Strong communication in Italian and English
Willingness to travel 10%–20% with overnight stays; valid driver's license
Experience in Sales/Customer Service; CRM software experience; Pharma market knowledge (preferred)
