The engineer presents the work results to customers.
/ppstrongYOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: /strong /pulliDefine and develop system requirements, architecture, and test concepts for controls, functions, and electronics /liliDevelop control algorithms, electronic components, schematics, and system designs, including initial calibration datasets /liliPerform system integration, testing, and validation, including rapid prototyping and hardware-in-the-loop testing /liliDevelop embedded software for embedded control, including requirement engineering and software architecture /liliIntegrate software into electronic hardware control units and provide commissioning and support at customer locations /liliDevelop innovative algorithms for future mobility, create and update software applications, and optimize development processes and tools /li /ulpstrongYOUR PROFILE: /strong /pulliCompleted technical studies in computer science, electrical engineering, mechatronics, automotive engineering or similar /liliPrevious professional and industry experience /liliProfessional experience and knowledge of development processes (e.g., PTE Controls and Systems Engineering Process) /liliAbility to work independently and handle more complex tasks /liliKnowledge of standards such as ASPICE and ISO*****, and domain-specific knowledge (e.g., Powertrain, Vehicle)
/liliExperience with automotive development tools /liliExperience in quality management standards and model-based/agile development approaches /liliProgramming skills in environments like Matlab Simulink, ANSI-C, C++, C#, Python /liliEnglish language knowledge (good to advanced) /liliStrong communication, teamwork, analytical, and presentation skills, with good English proficiency /liliGood capability to coordinate work content and results internally and externally /liliWillingness to travel up to a maximum of 10 percent (per year) /liliDepending on project situation, longer travelling times may be required.
