Here, you can apply your talent in bold ways that matter. /ph3The Impact Youu2019ll Make in this Role /h3pAs a Process Engineer at 3M Italy Marcallo Plant, Electrical Market Division, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. /pulliLeading and supporting project within the extended cross functional Electrical Market Division (EMD) team (RD Lab, Business Supply Chain, Sourcing), improving processes, machines, material flows, with the ultimate goal of reducing unit cost to drive product competitiveness on the market. /liliSupporting Production in Continuous Improvement projects, as well as training operators on best practices and SOPs. /liliDetermining the optimal technical solutions to implement in production product design changes required by specific customers /liliCollaborating with EHS extended team to identify practical solutions that reduce waste and emissions, improve ergonomics in production and generally promote a Behavioural Safety Culture /li /ulh3Your Skills and Expertise /h3pTo set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who meet following minimum requirements: /pulliEducation: Engineering Degree /liliFluent Italian and English language /liliUses outcome based thinking, selects among a number of available alternatives and monitors outcomes. /liliResponds to changing circumstances. Delivers a passion around the role /liliOther EU languages will be a plus /li /ulh3Job specifics: /h3pLocation: Marcallo con Casone (MI) /ppOffice based (4 days on site + 1 from home) /ppWorking pattern: Tempo pieno /ppThe position is classified at level Impiegato C under the National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL) CNL Industria della Gomma Cavi Elettrici ed Affini e all'Industria delle Materie Plastiche. The gross annual remuneration envisaged for the role ranges between €40.000 and € 45.000. The determination of the final starting remuneration within this range will be agreed taking into account the Company's organizational context, the provisions of the applicable CCNL, and objective and gender-neutral criteria, including professional qualifications, relevant work experience, skills and competencies possessed, and the level of responsibility associated with the position. /ppAdditional benefits and allowances may be granted in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, the relevant CCNL, and the Company policies and programmes in force at the commencement of employment. /ppSafety is a core value at 3M.
