Junior controller Italy
The challenge
The Junior Controller Italy supports the Finance team in monitoring financial performance, ensuring accurate reporting, and supporting budgeting and forecasting activities for the Italian market.
Key Responsibilities
What you will do
Support monthly closing activities and prepare financial reports
Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes
Monitor sales, margins, and operating expenses
Perform variance analysis (actual vs. budget/forecast)
Support cost control activities and profitability analysis by product line
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams
Ensure data accuracy and consistency in reporting systems
Support internal and external audit processes
Requirements
What you need to succeed
Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Management Engineering or related field
1–3 years of experience in controlling or finance, preferably in structured multinationals
Accounting knowledge
Good knowledge of Excel and financial reporting tools (SAP is a plus)
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Proactive mindset and willingness to learn
Fluent in Italian and English
Knowledge of the FMCG or White Goods industry is a plus
