What We're Looking For
Education: Bachelor's or Master's in Business, Economics, Finance, or similar
Recent graduates or students at their last year of Masters
Mindset: Eager to learn, open to feedback, and resilient under pressure
Analytical skills: Able to analyze data accurately and extract meaningful insights
Communication & Tools: Strong writing and presentation skills; proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
Organization: Reliable in managing deadlines and supporting team deliverables
Languages: Fluent in English (B2+) and the local office language
What You'll Do
Project Delivery : Help define business requirements, track project activities, and support test documentation
Client Interaction :
Coordinate meetings, prepare clear materials, and support leadership in key updates
Stakeholder Engagement : Build strong working relationships with client teams
Research & Thought Leadership: Contribute to industry articles and market insight development
