We are recruiting a consultant to join our Tax Team team in Perugia, who will be tasked with: Analysing issues concerning domestic direct and indirect taxation and offering ongoing advice to companies;Expressing opinions on Italian and international tax matters (CFCs, blacklists, permanent establishments, withholding tax, etc.);Analysing the taxation of extraordinary transactions (mergers, demergers, contributions, etc.);Tax due diligence; Tax compliance.
Come As You Are - Your skills and characteristicsThis is the perfect opportunity for you if you have:3+ years of experience operating at Junior or Senior tax specialist level within a Big 4 or top-tier advisory firm.
Master's degree in business or law;Intention of going into professional practice as a chartered accountant and/or lawyer;Excellent knowledge of English;Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office;Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills;Strong organisational skills, an ability to take initiative and problem solving abilities;Flexible and dynamic approach.
