OverviewIn this role you will build and lead co-marketing partnerships for Italy, driving cross-brand campaigns and merchant programs.
You'll work closely with Sales and external partners to deliver impactful campaigns and measurable ROI, including BNPL-focused initiatives.
You'll shape channel marketing strategies, mentor junior teammates, and coordinate across functions to align with PayPal's business goals.
You'll operate in a fast-paced, international environment with a strong emphasis on collaboration and results.

Identify and recommend best practices for marketing processes and initiatives

Requisiti fondamentali5+ years relevant experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Experience in partnership marketing or commercial roles
Fluent in Italian and English
Strong commercial and financial acumen
Excellent presenter and communicator
