Role: Senior Sales Assistant
Key Requirements:
The ideal resource, with at least 3 years of experience gained in international sales and customer service contexts
He has a good knowledge of the English language, excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a strong aptitude for teamwork
Key Responsibilities:
The main tasks include:
Assistance in the sale of men's/women's/children's products
Cash transactions
Planning of work to achieve the assigned budgets
After-sales assistance and follow-up activities with customers
Active search for new customers
Collecting and sharing feedback to management on products and customer needs
Essential features:
At least 3 years of experience in the sales industry
Good knowledge of the English language
Strong interpersonal, communication and teamwork skills
Strong customer and results orientation
Availability to work on weekends and holidays
Knowledge of a second language will be considered an added value.
Place of work: Milan (MI)
Type of contract: Full-time, fixed-term.
