pLantania is seeking a dynamic and experienced HSEQ Specialist, with at least 3 years of experience in Quality, Safety, and Environmental management, for construction projects and industrial plants.
The objective of this position is to ensure the proper implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of the Integrated Management System (IMS) of our subsidiary at Italy.

/liliEnsure sites comply with all current safety and environment regulations and monitor compliance with all relevant regulatory, contractual and company requirements.
/liliProvide support and assistance to HSEQ team on the implementing and monitoring of the IMS on construction sites.
/liliCoordinate and HSEQ team activities.
/liliLead and promote a proactive safety culture across all projects and teams.
/liliVerify and work with project team to identify and follow up on non-compliance,
areas for improvement and other such gaps related applicable regulations, contract requirements and Lantania corporate policy.
/liliControl and monitor HSEQ and ESG KPIs, providing continuous support to project team members.
Monthly report to Corporate IMS Director.
/liliPrepare reports and follow up on recommended corrective actions associated with completed compliance, incident reports and observations.
/liliProvide support to bids.
/liliSchedule and lead internal audits and inspections to verify and ensure effectiveness of Integrated Management System.
/liliEnsure and monitor an HSEQ training plan.
/li /ulpbr/ppQUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS /ppbr/pulliCollege diploma or university degree (highly desirable Bachelor Degree / Engineering).
/liliHealth Safety Qualification recognized by the enforcing authorities in Italy (RSPP) /liliExperience in construction projects.
/liliKnowledge and experience working under ISO ****, ***** and ***** /liliExperience in audits and ISO certification.
/liliAdvanced level of English and Spanish.
Ideally Italian lenguage also.
