Within the Shoes Product Development Office, the candidate will follow all the activities related to the materials research (Leather, Fabrics), considering both stylistic and production needs. /p h3Position /h3 pThe position is located in Fermo. Within the Shoes Product Development Office, the candidate will follow all the activities related to the materials research (Leather, Fabrics), considering both stylistic and production needs. /p h3Job Responsibilities /h3 ul liCollaborate with the style office for the stylistic trends and to check research results; /li liMaterials research and development; /li liDefine a raw materials development specification; /li liCollaborate with Quality Department in order to define the technical aspects, testing activities for raw material and to verify compliance according to the company's qualitative parameters; /li liUse the database to register the technical data sheets of materials shared with suppliers; /li liMonitor the orders of samples leather; /li liControl the quality and follow the industrialization of raw materials; /li liAnticipating and managing production issues, proposing solutions when required. /li /ul h3Profile /h3 ul liBachelor’s Degree in Fashion/Product Management or in a related field; /li liAt least 5 years of experience in the role and in the fashion industry; /li liAn experience in industrialization of leather is considered a plus; /li liExcellent knowledge of materials (Leather and Fabric)



and of production processes; /li liStrong attention to new trends and research; /li liGood knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point); /li liKnowledge of Stealth 3000 and Model Form is a plus; /li liExcellent communication skills, attention to details and high level of accuracy;. /li liProblem solving;Flexibility and pro-activity; /li liGood knowledge of Italian and English; /li liTeam working; /li liPassion for Fashion and Luxury. /li /ul pLVMH is committed to non-discrimination and respect of each person’s singularities. This figure has been determined based on objective and gender-neutral criteria and reflects the starting salary normally applicable to the position at the time of publication of this job posting.
