ICT Admin/Training Support

Trigyn has a contractual opportunity for a ICT Admin/Training Support. This resource will be working at our client site in Brindisi, Italy.

Job Description:

- Assist with training management and coordination.
- Assist with training contract management.
- Assist in monitoring the budget spent under Training and Telecommunications.
- Execute the budget via the ERP System (Umoja), i.e. creating Shopping Carts, Low-Value Acquisitions or Direct Purchase Orders), ensure the services are fully rendered and certified, review the assigned outstanding obligations.
- Generate reports.
- Provide general office and administrative support as required (e.g. draft routine correspondence, raise requests for stationery and raise requests for maintenance of the SGITT Vehicle fleet).
- Perform other duties,



such as processing telephone eBills or coordinating activities related to visits and events as well as the Communication and Promoting Campaign, as required.
- Excellent fluency in written and verbal English
- Knowledge/experience: Microsoft 365 applications and tools required
