The role focuses on: Managing merchant relationships and day-to-day account needsSupporting merchant onboarding and operational problem-solvingWorking cross-functionally to improve account performance and growthHelping merchants navigate the platform and identify business opportunitiesWhat we're looking for: Based in ItalyMandarin Chinese at working proficiencyStrong Italian and English communication skillsExperience in account xdwybme management, client management, customer success, partnerships, or similar commercial rolesE-commerce / marketplace experience is a plus, but not mandatoryThe role is full-time and remote within Italy.
