Overview
In this role you drive new SaaS license revenue by planning accounts and territories, researching prospects, and applying business development strategies. You will build relationships with C-suite stakeholders and orchestrate a cross-functional account strategy to help clients shape their IT roadmap with ServiceNow. You act as a trusted advisor, identifying the right specialists to bring into deals and enabling cross-team collaboration. This is a chance to influence large-scale IT decisions at enterprise level and leverage AI-enabled solutions to drive business outcomes.

Responsabilità
Develop relationships with multiple C-suite personas across product sales
Oversee client relationship mapping to the account team and orchestrate an account strategy across a virtual team
Act as a trusted advisor to customers to align ServiceNow with their IT roadmap
Identify the right specialist/support resources to bring into a deal at the right time
Requisiti fondamentali
7+ years of software or solutions sales experience
Proven ability to establish trusted relationships with current and prospective clients and cross-functional teams
Demonstrated success producing new business, negotiating deals, and maintaining C-Level relationships
Experience achieving sales targets
Ability to understand the broader IT strategy and roadmap
Experience promoting a customer-success orientation in a team-based environment
Experience integrating or leveraging AI in business processes or workflows
Strong relationship-building with C-suite
