Job DescriptionLead and develop a high-performing Embedded Software team, driving the design and delivery of innovative Linux-based embedded solutions for next-generation products. Ensure technical excellence through sound architectural decisions, high software quality standards, and effective execution, while fostering team growth, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Contribute directly to the development of embedded systems, balancing hands-on technical leadership with people management responsibilities.Responsibilities:Lead and mentor a team of embedded software engineers, fostering collaboration and continuous improvementDrive technical strategy and architectural decisions for Linux-based embedded platformsPlan and coordinate development activities, ensuring alignment with project goals, timelines, and quality standardsContribute hands-on to design, development, and debugging of complex embedded softwareEnsure best practices in coding, code reviews, testing, and CI/CD processesCollaborate with cross-functional teams (hardware, system engineering, QA, product management)Manage technical risks, support problem resolution, and drive root cause analysisMonitor and improve system performance, reliability, and maintainabilityRequirements:Education:
