industry and competitor analysisSupporting the financial modelling and valuation of investment opportunitiesWorking with external advisors and other stakeholders involved in the due diligence processPreparing presentations and Board materialsContributing to growth initiatives and to the strategic development of the companySupporting post-merger integration projects, helping to track plan execution and liaising with the different workstream leadersRequirementsDegree in Economics, Finance, Management Engineering or similarSome experience or an internship (also short) in Finance, Transaction Services, M&A, Corporate Finance, Audit or Strategy ConsultingStrong analytical and quantitative skillsAdvanced knowledge of Excel and Power PointVery good EnglishStrong interest in M&A transactions and xysqume corporate strategyAccuracy, proactivity and result orientationWillingness to travel occasionallyNice to haveFluent ItalianExperience in industrial or capital goods companiesFamiliarity with virtual data roomsWhat we offerPermanent contract directly with the companyDirect involvement in M&A transactions and post merger integration projectsA dynamic environment focused on professional growthThe chance to build cross-functional skills in finance, strategy and business development
