Italy.You will be mainly accountable for:Achieving sales targets and profitable growth for ABB Drives and Motion solutions within the assigned territory.Developing and maintaining strong relationships with OEMs, System Integrators, strategic partners, and key industrial customers across Lombardia.Supporting, developing, and coordinating strategic partners and System Integrators to expand market coverage, identify new business opportunities, and drive sustainable growth aligned with ABB's commercial strategy.Building joint business plans with selected strategic partners and managing key accounts to increase market penetration and strengthen ABB's market position.Promoting ABB's complete Motion portfolio, including Low Voltage Drives, Motion Control Solutions, PLCs and Electric Motors.Identifying new business opportunities and supporting customers in the selection of the most effective automation and motion solutions.Building and executing
