Location: Naples, Italy (Travel throughout Italy and Bahrain as required)
Travel: International travel required; company-paid travel and lodging for authorized work assignments

Education & Experience
Valid driver's license required
Minimum of 5 years of professional construction cost estimating experience
New construction
Renovations
Demolition
Maintenance
Construction contract modifications
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, Cost Estimating, Quantity Surveying, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred
Equivalent combination of education, technical training, and demonstrated construction estimating experience will be considered
Certified Cost Professional (CCP), Tri-Service Cost Consultant, or equivalent construction cost estimating certification preferred
Previous experience in design and/or construction (3-5 years) is highly desirable
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Thorough knowledge of construction estimating principles, practices,



and methodologies
Experience preparing conceptual, parametric, detailed, comparative, and Independent Government Estimates (IGEs)
Knowledge of DoD, DON, and NAVFAC cost estimating policies and procedures
Understanding of military construction (MILCON) and shore facility projects
Ability to evaluate labor, material, equipment, subcontractor, and supplier pricing
Knowledge of construction sequencing, constructability, and market conditions
Ability to prepare detailed quantity take-offs and Basis of Estimate documentation
Experience analyzing contractor proposals and supporting negotiations
Familiarity with Uniformat II, MasterFormat, and Work Breakdown Structures (WBS)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to collaborate with engineers, architects, project managers, contractors, and government personnel
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Experience using:
MII/MCACES
