We believe in equal opportunities and fair pay practices.Learn more about working with us at topconcareers.comTopcon is hiring a hands-on System Test Engineer to test and validate advanced construction and machine control technologies in real field conditions.System Test Engineer – Construction & Machine Control SolutionsLocation: Concordia sulla Secchia, Modena, ItalyAbout the roleYou will validate hardware, firmware and software releases, troubleshoot technical issues, and work with international teams to ensure our solutions perform reliably for customers using construction equipment in demanding environments.What you’ll doRun validation tests in lab and outdoor field environments.Test hardware, firmware, software releases and new features.Investigate issues and document clear,



practical findings.Collaborate with engineering, product, support and sales teams.What we’re looking forExperience in testing, technical validation, product development or field support.Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.Knowledge of communication systems such as serial, ISO CAN, radio or machine-to-machine technologies.Good English skills and willingness to work in lab, field and international environments.What we offerGross annual salary of 40,000 – 45,000, depending on experience and skills.A hands-on role with lab testing, outdoor validation and real construction equipment.An international environment focused on practical innovation and continuous learning.Interested?
