Role : Head of Bidding
Location : Milan or Dublin

Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end bidding and tendering process for major data centre projects, from opportunity qualification through to submission.
- Develop competitive technical and commercial strategies , working closely with design, construction, procurement and commercial teams.
- Lead client engagement, bid presentations, negotiations and clarification processes through to contract award.
- Continuously improve bid processes, pricing strategies, win themes and market intelligence to maximise bid quality and competitiveness.
Requirements
- Proven senior-level experience in bidding/tendering within data centre infrastructure .
- Experience with data center hyperscale constructors
- Strong understanding of construction methodology, commercial pricing, procurement and data centre delivery requirements .
- Demonstrable experience leading complex, high-value bids and managing multidisciplinary bid teams .
- Excellent commercial judgement, communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to develop compelling client-focused proposals .
