pJoin LVMH Hotel Management at Hotel Pitrizza as Spa Activity Manager, leading a key area of the guest experience across the Spa, Kids Club, Water Sports, and Gym. /ppIn this role, you will oversee daily operations, service excellence, team management, and financial performance across all assigned outlets. You will ensure that every guest enjoys a seamless, personalized, and high-end wellness and leisure experience, fully aligned with the standards of luxury hospitality. /ppWorking closely with the leadership team, you will drive operational excellence, elevate service standards, and develop bespoke experiences tailored to guest preferences. You will also play a central role in coaching and developing your teams, ensuring each area operates efficiently while delivering exceptional quality and care. /ph3Job responsibilities /h3ulliManage the daily operations of the Spa, Kids Club, Water Sports, and Gym /liliEnsure exceptional guest experience and service standards across all outlets /liliLead, train, and motivate teams to achieve operational excellence /liliMonitor staffing, scheduling, and team organization /liliMaintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, presentation, and service delivery /liliDrive financial performance through budgeting, cost control,



and revenue optimization /liliCoordinate third parties/external operators /liliDevelop tailored wellness and leisure experiences based on guest needs /liliCoordinate with other departments to ensure a smooth and consistent guest journey /liliOversee inventory, equipment, and operational supplies /liliSupport recruitment, onboarding, and continuous team development /li /ulh3Profile /h3pProfile /pulliDegree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Spa Management, or a related field /liliMinimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within luxury hospitality /liliStrong background in spa operations; experience with leisure or recreational outlets is a plus /liliGood knowledge of systems such as Opera, Micros, Spa Connect, or similar /liliProficient in Microsoft Office /liliStrong financial and organizational skills /liliFluent in English; an additional language is a plus /li /ulpPersonal Qualities /pulliStrong leadership and team management skills /liliExcellent attention to detail and sense of service /liliProfessional, discreet, and highly organized /liliStrong interpersonal and communication skills /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
