Our Maintenance and Industrial Services division specialises in the planning, management and execution of maintenance, shutdowns and sustaining capital works.
We are currently seeking a highly motivated Administration Officer to join our high performing and inclusive team at our office in Morwell, VIC, reporting directly to the Finance Lead.
This is a local position only.

What you will bring
- Payroll experience in a similar high-volume role would be highly regarded but is not essential, as training will be provided.
- A demonstrated ability to investigate unfamiliar requirements, locate relevant information and use sound problem-solving skills to determine the appropriate course of action.
- A minimum of three years’ administration experience, preferably within construction, maintenance, industrial services or a similar operational environment.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a supportive team, manage fluctuating workloads and meet fixed timelines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- The confidence to use initiative,
investigate discrepancies and elevate complex or unclear matters appropriately.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Sound Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel.
- The ability to maintain confidentiality and follow established processes and controls.
- Proof of the right to work in Australia.
