JOB PURPOSE
Working alongside the company tutor, as HR EMEA Intern, you will be involved in supporting day-by-day activities related to the EMEA HR Business Partnering.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Workday hiring process and general support;
- Reporting and Data analysis;
- Preparing presentations and summary reports of the HR analysis.
- Supporting store recruiting processes;
- Supporting the HR team on special projects;
KNOWLEDGE ANS SKILLS:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or a related field;
- Additional HR training or experience is a plus;
- English and Italian fluent;
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office, HRIS systems, and comfortable learning new technical systems as needed;
- Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness;
- Resourceful,
problem-solving aptitude and thorough knowledge of HR procedures and policies;
- Collaborative and supportive with colleagues of the same department as well as other departments;
- Able to build solid relationships with internal and external team based on open communication;
- Data mining and use of data to explore a problem or make a decision;
- Excellent organization of time, resources and activities, respect of deadlines.
