You will lead performance improvement initiatives, optimize customer processes, and work closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, and GBDS teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience and sustainable business growth. /ppAs Customer Collaboration Performance Manager, you build strong partnerships with key customers and act as the main point of contact for strategic collaboration topics. You proactively identify opportunities to improve service, efficiency, and customer satisfaction while ensuring alignment between customer expectations and FrieslandCampina's business objectives.You monitor customer performance metrics, lead continuous improvement initiatives, and drive solutions to supply chain challenges. Working closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, Demand Planning, and GBDS teams, you connect stakeholders, optimize processes, and deliver measurable business results.In addition, you lead projects and change initiatives, manage customer-specific service agreements, and promote sustainability improvements across customer supply chain processes.
