and pricing discrepancies by researching promotion details and regular and special prices; To understand and be able to advise customers on smart professional dress and appearance; To resolve order and inventory problems by investigating data and history; To handle returns of merchandise; To maintain a clean andorderly environment in the store at the highest standard; To support the team on the general operations of the “Piquadro” store; To arrange merchandise on shelves according to popularity and other criteria; To operate cash registers and close daily revenues; To maintain customer database by inputting customer profile and updates; To go the “extra mile” to meet targets. xysqume The Candidate: Fluency in English (written & spoken) is strongly desired and Chinese appreciated; Retail or service industry experience; Great customer service and people skills; Ability to communicate and inspire customers & store colleagues; Good standard of numeracy and problem solving; Ability to work towardsgoals; Strong organizational skills; Dynamic and creative.
